I invested Rs:60000/- in 2000 through agent but when i seen the account statement in 2010 as now my son is handling my business. When i enquired there i have been told that it is not our duty to send reminder for next payment and also not send you any account statement. Same in life insurance when i paid first premium in 1980 but now when i enquired they have no any record of that policies. When i argued that why you are not sending any reminder or any account statement they say that there no any condition to remind you. Is this True if so then who will trust on them. How ever in PPF i paid the amount of 10 years with penalty they given me receipt of payment only but not for penalty. And in LIC my fight is going on with LIC since past 8/10 months but so far no result received so far. I wan to know wether such rule are there or not ? if any expert or goverment department officer will expose this by giving proper guide line for investor like me will helpful for future investment in such scheme.
