While processing a swimwear exchange, the company customer service department contacted me and asked for my credit card number so they could charge the return shipping cost. It raised a question in my mind because surely it was in their system since I had made the original purchase with it but I gave it to them. Shortly thereafter, I had several fraudulent charges on my credit card. When I contacted them to let them know about it so they could be on the alert, I never heard back from them. Nice products but iffy customer service.
