The service is very very bad, they are not reliable. A small pack took around 7 days to reach from Cochin to Trivandrum, where the distance is only 220 kms.
They are not having a known office in Trivandrum, not any responsible people, they keep telling it will be deliverd to your residence in 1 hour and it will take a day or two.
