My husband and I have been trying to have our home loan modified with One West/Indymac now for almost 2 years. We have sent them every single piece of paperwork that they have requested and they always claim to be needing or missing something. I believe this company is scamming it's customers and I am sickened by their ethics. We even went to a NACA convention and met with One West/Indymac representatives who told us that we were approved for the modification and should receive our paperwork for the modification within 30-45 days. Those days have since past and they claim they did not approve us and that we now need to reapply!!! I am so sick of their run arounds!! We are running out of options our savings are gone and we are now getting into credit card debt just to pay our mortgage. Is there anyone out there that can help us with a Major Customer Lawsuit against this company of thieves? PLEASE HELP!!!
