We are a new start-up company with high hopes for OneBox and their advertisements. We are now, two months later, very disappointed and have cancelled the service. They promised the ability to have our customers and others call them and it would appear that we had a live receptionist. Dozens of errors later and the inability of their customer services group to correct or care about the many errors has led us to this decision. Unfortunately, we are now out of hundreds of our dollars and seeking a better service. This is a warning to all of you!
