I have tired several times to log into the site in order to check on my account and to make certain that next month’s selection will not appear at my door as I do not wish to order it. After 40 minutes of trying to log into the site and being told that my account number is invalid- I GIVE UP!!- Your site is extremely frustrating to use- there is no link to contacting you about a problem- hence this complaint. I would like someone, anyone to contact me so that I can get this issue resolved. I have to say that I am completely underwhelmed by the online site, in this day and age it needs to be updated and rethought. It is quite unwelcoming and does not inspire one to continue to stay as a member.
