Also, the return address is in Japanese, we have nothing to let us know where to return the first pair that are too big. The second pair was ordered by mistake because we went days before getting any information about the status of the first pair and we thought we had done something wrong in the first order and wanted to make sure they were here for Christmas. The first pair just came December 31st and their has been nothing on the second pair except they took our money. We paid through PayPal. Please help us with this matter. Sybil Williams
