I bought ONIDA 29'' TV( Model no:c029DWTM) on 01.01.2008. it was working good for past one year with in the warranty period but after warranty it was repaired on 01.08.09. i complaint local customer care in vllore they came and repaired but with in half a day again its not woked till no one came to attant the fault. I felt very bad in their service.

I'm Nukesh. I'm from Andhra Pradesh.I've called the service centre which is in Hyderabad many a times today. Since the phone has not been lifted, I'm launching a complaint here.I've been using Onida mobile model no F850.I dont have any complaints regarding the functioning of the cell phone till I have got a problem very recently of IMEI number.Though it is dual SIM phone, It has only one IMEI number.Hence, I sent and got approved through my first SIM which is a BSNL number.Iam receiving and able to make calls from my first SIM.But as I thought my phone has been approved by BSNL authorities, it not necessary to be approved by IDEA network which my second SIM.Now the second SIM which is an Idea is not working due to failure of Registration of the IMEI number through the second service provider.
Thus I'm very much inconvenient with this new development.Would you please help me in this regard.I'm available at 9440894440.I eagerly wait for your response.

i have a onida dvd player model no. DFX 5985, from past one month its not functioning properly. Every time a insert a dvd in that its shows a msg 'NO DISK'. but cds are playing without any issue. Tell me what should i do.

Mine is a 2 year old 32 inch LCD, poision modelrnactual problem is :
picture goes off when I off it on it immediately,
If i wait for around 2 hours the problem wont occur, Service center techie person has visited my home and made a comment that the panel is gone (without even opening the set) and to my surprise the panel cost he is telling is around 21 thousand, I am in mode of not paying that much for the panel and cant buy an new one as I paid huge amount to this one, can any one suggest what else i can make it for any betterment.

We purchased Onida Hydrologic 7.0 Washing Machine over same models from Samsung, Whirlpool etc. and really regret doing so now. The demo/installation technician never came and I had to get it installed after 15 days from a local plumber after paying for it. After about 2 months it developed serious noises and gave problems. Registering a complaint at the Onida call number (080-41343000, complaint number 080326381959) has yielded no results and the technician once again failed to show up, as expected. I am now envious of my neighbour's Washing Machine which is working for the last 3 years withour problems.
