I Bought Onida 29" Color TV through M/s Balajis No. 23/B 1st N Block Rajajinagar Bangalore - 10 on 19th April 2007 vide Bill No.8866. Right from the day one like picture quality contrast color etc., I was facing problem, these i tolerated. During 3rd week of may 2007 TV gets switched off by itself for about 30 seconds and again coming. As the time passes and day passes duration of switching off increased. Then lodged complaint to onida service center with lot of vein (P.No.41343000) and complaint No.is 07051316381647. date is 25th may'07. Some technician spoke to me over phone after attending call at my house some parts to be replaced. I objected this because we cannot spare time. Now TV is Totally dead (not switching on at all) I requested to replace till today not replaced. Very poor service!
