I ordered a player off them about five weeks ago and on week two they said the item went on backorder and they were back in stock and would be releasing them in two days.

After another two weeks past i asked for a tracking number which they couldn't supply and if they haven't sent it yet for them to credit my card back and they tried to offer me a store credit, which i don't wont.

Till this day i have been trying to get them to credit my credit card and they don't reply.

Would strongly recomend that people not buy of them and buy from a trusted firm like ipmart.com if you are after a mp4 player or anything.
