I ordered over $100 worth of Sigg aluminum water bottles on 5/29/2008 (almost 4 months ago at this point.) I've sent e-mails asking the status of my order. They've never replied. I've left messages on their voice-mail (which promises someone will contact callers within 24 hours) and have never gotten a return call. Their website supposedly has a "live chat" customer service feature but there doesn't seem to be anybody alive over there!
