I recently charged my Reliance India acoount for $ 20. Instead of crediting $20. they credited me for $ 14 and sent me a movie gift coupon which I didn't requst. I called their customer service with no response, I also sent a written complaint with no action taken so far. All I want them to credit my account $ 6 and not to promote any products while I am recharging my account. I am not sure how much Federal communications board has control over these foreign companies who does business through internet?
