My only complaint from ordering the Laredo boots was that there was some confusion as to what size I needed. Somehow between my request and the actual delivery, I needed an 8 and received a 9. When I contacted the customer service department as to the size issue, she checked the order and they had input a size 8. She asked me to double check the box and sure enough, the box said size 8 but inside the box the boots were a size 9. I don’t’ know whether this was a problem from the manufacture or not. But, I don’t blame onlinebootstore directly as they process orders and do not as a rule open each and every box that is shipped from their warehouse. I know this because the customer service rep told me. As for the shipping process I did not experience any of the delays mentioned in the other complaints. I returned the boots and received the second pair with the correct size. I was slightly annoyed that I had to wait to get the right size, but this delay could not be helped. I would not have a problem ordering from them again, and if something like this happened the next time I order from onlinebootstore, it would be doubtful if I would onlinebootstore again.
