I ordered a pair of work boots, and the onlinebootstore.com actually sent a order confirmation to my email. 20 days go by and no boots received! Whats up? I emailed twice, sending a copy of their confirmation, but to no avail, they don't respond. Even their order tracking feature on their website doesn't have my order.
Fortunately, no charges to credit card as of yet. Found a much better online store WorkBootsUSA.com . They send you a tracking number and are cheaper. My bad for not looking into the quality of the companies before. So, FYI to any interested in buying boots online- stay clear of onlinebootstore.com, they might eventually send your order, but they have poor customer service and aren't the best priced out there.
