Onlineformals, Inc.: I recently purchased a formal dress from Onlineformals, Inc. Purchase from this company only if you wish to be verbally abused by the owner, not have your calls returned, expect to keep the dress even if it doesn't fit and don't expect a receipt when the item is shipped. The owner of the company hung up on me, was unbelievably rude and refuses to even offer a resolution. I am now stuck with a $400 dress that is too large. The owner suiggested I have it altered instead of returning it (we purchased another dress) and wanted to know why I did not contact the company the DAY I received the dress. Where is that explicitly mentioned in the receipt I did not receive???
