In total 3 tapes came to my address and I was charged for them. I did not want any of them and mailed them all three back at a cost of $20 and then had to hound them to get any money out of them. I was eventually told I would only get the money back for the 3rd one and it would not be the full amount because they do not pay for shipping. ONLINGO IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY STAY CLEAR OF THEM. PHONE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO TAKE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FROM YOU.
