I bought this card, thinking it was a gift card. Then I realized it was a credit card. I tried to take it back to the store where I bought it. It cost me $9.95 for the cost of it and along with the $35.00 for the amount I bought the card for. I called to activate it. I did it over the phone. I tried to use it and found it invalid. I called the customer service and she said I had to use it for purchases on line or as a credit card, (not an atm card). I tried it and the store said it did not have enough money on it. Ok, so I tried to use it on line... no not working. Then I called the 866-630-2504, their customer service number. I went through the on line stages... so I tried to see what my balance was... and it said $7... I haven't used it... it should have said $35.00 .. and apparently they charge you a $1 each time you call customer service. THIS IS SO BOGUS... then I went on line to re activate it and they wanted all my personal information... like my SS# too. Unreal... I am sure if I gave them that, they would take my home too. This complaint should be posted everywhere they sell this card. RIP OFF ...
