I ordered an evening gown from this website for my 25th wedding anniversary. Only Gowns assured me that they could get the dress to me by the time I needed it, so I placed the order and paid by credit card. On the day I was expecting the gown to arrive, I received an email from them saying the gown was done but would take 4 days to ship. I responded that it would be too late for the event and to please cancel the order and refund my money. I got no response from the company until I filed a dispute with Orchard Bank. They emailed me to say that they would refund my money when I returned the dress. I never received the dress, therefore I couldn't return something I didn't get. I believe the company never shipped the dress in the first place because when I asked them to track the shipment I again got no response. I paid $269 for a dress I never received.
