Only Licensed Contractors.com a is a contractor referral service. I am a general contractor in California. They allowed me to sign up with them, and I started to get calls from customers. Everything was going fine for a few weeks. I then received a letter from Only Licensed Contractors stating that my Better Business Bureau report had a lot of negative information on it and they could no longer do business with me. They refunded my membership fee and removed my listing from their site. I have not received a single lead since they removed me from their site. At no time was I told that they would be checking my BBB report. I thought they just checked you out with the state licensing agency.
