I placed an order with them on 9/17. Money was taken out of my account on 9/22. A week later when I received an email with no tracking number, I called and was told my item had been backordered. I requested an email with information on when the item would arrive and when it would be shipped to me. I did not receive an email. On 10/3, I called to request a refund. I was told it would take 10-14 days to process the refund. I called on 10/19 and firmly requested that my refund be issued promptly. I was told it would be in my account within 48 hours since they had "stacks of refunds" to issue. I called on 10/25 and was told "I don't know what happened. I will personally walk it to the credit office and you will have your refund by the end of the day." 10/26 - no refund. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, he/she conveniently wasn't there. When I called an hour later (when the manager should be there) everyone was at lunch. I called two hours later, still no manager, I said if the money wasn't there by the end of the day, my attorney would contact them. Monday... no money. I called my attorney. Tuesday... finally... my refund. NEVER NEVER AGAIN with this company or ELITE EXTREME the "parent" company. From now on, you can bet I will check with BBB before ordering online from an unknown company and I will not allow a "snazzy" website fool me again! It is a shame as this company, along with others like it, will have a negative effect on other e-stores who are just trying to make an honest living.
