I ordered a battery door, screen films, and snap on case for my cell phone on 16 Aug. I received a confirmation email of my order that same day.
I paid $12.99 for 2nd day air shipping since my cell phone is currently "backless" leaving my battery exposed.
The confirmation email stated "click this link" to track your package. There wasn't a tracking number or order status ever applied to my order.
On 22 Aug I finally had time away from work to send an email to their customer service inquiring if my order had been misplaced, etc. I gave my work phone number in that email for them to contact me. The website states they are not open Sat-Sun.
Monday I received no call at work, and no reply email at home.
Finally on 26 Aug, 10 days after placing my order, I called the Customer Service line during a break at work. It is not an 800 number, it is long-distance for me from Oklahoma.
The "recording" stated I was number one in the que and my wait time was approximately one minute.
My wait time was 20 minutes.
I was told part of my order would ship the next day.
When I asked about the 2nd day air shipping cost I had paid, the answer was "it will be second day air, you'll have it in two days."
The voice on the phone tried to convince me that I was receiving what I paid for and receiving it 2nd day air...
Don't order from this company.
It's obvious someone at Onlyrazr.com has a great talent for web design, their talent lures you in to thinking they are competent to play the supply and demand game.
Now I get to wait and see if they are competent enough to credit my PayPal account.

They aren't.

This company is a ripp off! They sell items they dont have in stock and then they back it with poor customer service. I purchased items and waited for them in the mail. The company never acknowledged my purchase and finally they did send me one of the 2 items I purchased with no explanation of where the rest of my order was. They refuse to return the shipping charges for the second item I ordered. BEWARE...NONE of thier email addresses work and they have more than one website they sell from. DONT buy from this company...they will steal your money!!

I found this web site on a search engine. I placed an order for over 75 dollars on November 7, 2005. I never received any product. Their e-mail address doesn't work and it took me 2 months to get someone to answer the phone. As of today March 16, 2006 I have been told my account would be reimbursed in the next 3-4 days.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
