I ordered a cell phone in the store. On delivery I called to find out when the cell phone will come in, they told me the color I ordered is missing and they can not provide me with the computer I ordered (they knew that the model is missing and thought to brief me in advance). I was told to wait several days (first delay). A few days later I called again and was told that the model is still missing. I agreed to send me the same model in another color. A week after the original delivery date was the cell phone i got it tried to activate it with verizon they informed me the phone is reported STOLEN Again I had to call the shop to fix the problem. I was told they would send a fedex to pick the cell phone, fedex never come i am out of $600 and a phone that reported STOLE?N
