staff is extremely rude to patients, would call multiple times to scream and shout for the fact that you wanted rescheduled, refer to special handling as bugging them with your problems, and asks you to rephrase because what you said doesn't make sense, obviously staff deals with immigrants with basic knowldge of english so should b more understanding, never explains a procedure that should accompany colonoscopy letting patient completely guess what should be done the day before, impossile if you have never had a colonoscopy done, even after calling 4 times all members of staff failed to inform me of this, resulting in me having to keep pushing date forward.
