I ordered shelves through the website. I was charged $47.99 + $7.20 shipping. It was shipped through FedEx, which was never able to deliver to my apartment. After 3 attempts (I work 9-5 and was unable to take off work) it was sent to the FedEx location in LaGrange, IL, nearly 40 miles from my home in Chicago. I have no car, and was unable to pick up the product. I called On the Web customer service and spoke with a representative about the situation. She explained that I would be charged 30% of the retail cost, but would be recouped 70% + my shipping costs. When I hadn't received this credit 4 weeks after it had returned to Nevada (their central location), I called again. She apologized for the lack of credit, and corrected the mistake. However, when I recieved the credit, it was only $23.47. I will never do business with this company again, and only recommend them if you have accessibility for FedEx and/or are excited to work with a company that handles everyday business like extortion.
