To the best of my knowledge/memory I have not authorised these charges. I did take a free trial offer 30 days (60 tablets) honoured by recieving the tablets and paid for on my previous statement. 180-0335305 appeared on this statement.

I am not sure of the company's product or name. All I can tell is that there appears a small charge (CDN $ 3.61 ) on my visa card.
The notation on my Visa statement reads:

i HAVE NOT PLACED ANY ORDERS ON THE INTERNET NOR GIVEN MY CARD NUMBER TO EXTREMELY TRUSTED ORGANIZATIONS
