OnV/weightlossmembership and OnV/Insidertips have been taking, as a direct debt, an amount of money from my credit card. I did not join this company, I did however ask for a trail of WUYI tea. I can not find out, anywhere, how to cancel this direct debt. If you could give me a phone number I can ring from Australia, I would be most grateful.

I received an email confirming an order that I have not placed with this company???? NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM???? I placed an order for a free trial with wu Yi Tea a couple of months ago, I got the FREE SAMPLE, but then got charged for the next three months for something that I never received...
