The items for $14.95 have been coming out of your checking account for as far back as Nov 2007, they most likely go back further but my computer stops in November 07. They used to be debited automatically the merchant name is PLATINUM MEMBER with a phone 888-433-4096. Starting in January they stopped doing an automatic withdrawal and instead sent the items as checks but it is the same company it gives the same phone number and the amount is still $14.95.
