At the time of sale I was told by my sales person, Christine, and her manager, whose name I don't remember, that I would receive a $500 gas card as part of the promotion. It was advertised as a July 4th week special. On that day I was told I can pick up the card when I come back to get the new plates. When I came to get the plates I was told it would be mailed to me. After calling several times and not getting called back I asked to speak to the manager John. He said he would call me back after investigating and never did. When I called back he said no one ever told me I would get a card. Flat out fraudulant lier. Their sales practices are disgusting. I contacted Acura and they couldn't
