Yesterday I decided to subscribe to Oprah Magazine. While attempting to do so, a box came up saying that "my 2-year subscription ended this month". Say what? I have never received even one copy of Oprah!
They had my name and address correct but used an email address that I have not had in many years. My question: where have 24 issues of a large, colourful magazine gone? All I want is my 2-year subscription to Oprah magazine!
