i ordered 2 pair og glasses on march 14 2011. today ia april 7 2011. i have not received either pair. kurt, dept mgr, keeps telling me a different day that they will arrive. he never calls me, i have to call him. he blames it on company filling order, but he never follows up without my asking him to.
