Their website looks quite professional. I should have done more research. I was billed extra for a high end Optoma home theater projector. It arrived OK. However, the serial numbers had been removed from the box and the unit. It developed a problem and I was unable to send it to Optoma for repair. The Camera Professionals did replace it a month after they received the returned unit. I requested a product with serial numbers. Once again the serial numbers had been removed. Optoma suggested that the product was a stolen product. I have contacted the appropriate government agency to look into the scale of this operation. I suspect it is a HUGE illegal operation breaking all sorts of state and federal laws and trying to stay ahead of the game.
