sometime on sat 21st may 2011, approximately 107.000fcfa - 112.000fcfa(bonus) worth of communication credit was withdrawn from my account(+23797127895). i have made several calls to the customer careline to date to complain about this sudden withdrawal of communication credit but nothing has been done so far. i intend to file legal actions against this company.
