I had bought new Orange SIM card that was advertised as Free. I loaded it with pay as you go "Camel" scheme. I gave a missed call to a relative in India, so that he calls me back. I disconnected afte a ring. On checking the bill, I found that Pounds 2:50 was deducted from my account. Pound 1 for free SIM, and rest for giving missed call. On one occassion when I sent an SMS, I was billed for 2 SMS instead of one.

Orange is well known for cheating consumers in India. I thought that laws are strict in UK, so they may be sensible here. But they have the same animal instinct, thats why they have scheme names of animals, like dolphin, camel, etc.
