Owner of the company Don has no idea what he is doing, very lethargic in his time management, had my computer for 3 day’s just to remove some virus, returned it stating everything was removed, but still was unable to reinstall Internet Explorer, charged $250. I contacted another computer company they came right out, reinstalled Internet Explorer, and said you had a lot of virus on the computer, which they removed. I contacted Orbs and explained what was done, and requested a refund of $75, he sent me another bill for his time on the phone; I turned it over to small claims. This person is not at all reliable and will take advantage of you anyway he can!
