I am a mediclaim policy holder for the last 10 years without any break of Oriental insurance Co. Ltd. D.O. 16, janpath, New delhi-110001.
I got my wife treated for Hernia repair and submitted the paper to their TPA-M/S Genins India Ltd. -noida.
the TPA has rejected the claim after 4 months and was informed by the insurance co.
the reason given was " due to scar of previous surgery 4-5 years done due to pregnancy.
my wife had to undergo surgery due to pregnancy 23 years back and I have all documents with me.
the co. is not refunding the claim.
I have moved the insurance ombudsman and all documents have been submitted but no response so far even after 3 weeks.
can you help.
