This company came into the hospital to take baby pictures after I had my baby. They were so unprofessional and discussed inappropriate things such as the company was having money problems and there was a change recently in ownership. They were the only game in town at the hospital to take my baby's picture and I had zero confidence that they would even get the pictures to me! I have also complained to the hospital that they would contract with such a shady company. At least I have some pictures from my cell phone but what a huge disappointment for me after having my first baby.
