They have not shipped the purchased product within their advertised time frame. They have not responded to multiple emails as old as three business days, asking for information. Their customer service phone line says all reps are busy and please leave your name and number. No one has returned my calls in 3 days. But they have charged my credit card for my purchase! Finally a reply. They don't have what I ordered!! You would think their inventory would be linked to their order process so this wouldn't happen. I made sure to ask for a refund of the money they had already charged to my account. Let's see how long it takes them to do that.

An all round $#@% experience!! Stay away!
