I placed an order with Outlet Nutrition in April 2009. They sent me an email saying my order was on back order and would not ship for a few weeks. IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE US TO CHARGE A CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT BEFORE THE ORDER SHIPS! However, this is exactly what they did!

When I cancelled my order and requested a refund they acknowledge the cancellation but again promised a refund -but sometime in the future. It is now May 29, 2009 and I have not received a refund or the product.
