I made a complaint several days ago. Since then, I have done additional research. The owner of this company is registered as Derek M. Wright (an attorney) located at 1429 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30310. His web site (www.derekwright.com) brings you to a spam site! In doing a background check on him, he has MULTIPLE active addresses and phone #'s, including the Atlanta Airport! Derek also has had action taken against him by the GA Bar Association in the past several years.

I reported OutletNutrition.com to the GA BBB, but you will get farther if as many people as possible report him to the GA Consumer Affairs Dept. [ph: (404-654-8600]. You can make an anonymous report; after talking to them you will get a reference and # fax in your report/letter [fax: 404-654-9018]. They agreed with me that there are too many "red flags" and if this is happening to others, they encourage you to also report it so they can investigate the situation and try and shut this scam down.

If we all stick together, perhaps we can make a difference and prevent more people from becoming victims.
