Yesterday 2-2-2008 I call your 800 number to complain about the store in North Little Rock and your customer service personnel where very rude and put me on hold for over 10 minutes each time I called. I called 7 times trying to get a supervisor to talk to and was either put on hold or they disconnected me. 2. I want to complain about the way I was treated at the store in North Little Rock. I purchased a Overhead DVD and I was to have the DVD install in my van at the store. The salesperson (Cameron) told me it would take 2 hours to do. When I return after two hours my van had not been work on. I ask the man in the firedog shop why and he told me (a red head guy who said he was the supervisor) that it would take him 6 hours to do the work. I ask for the store manager and talk to him and told him to refund my $680.00 and I would go somewhere else. He told me he could not do so because 2 hour of work had been done on my van. My van had not been touch. By the time the manager and I made it back to the shop the guy there had started to pull the trim off my van. I told him to put my van back together and leave my Overhead DVD in my van alone with my receipt and I would go home. I spent 6 hours at Circuit city yesterday and still today I do not have my van or my DVD. Also yesterday the store manager tried to falsified my receipt to say that I did not arrive at the story until after 3 pm when I arrived at 12:15. This store is fill with dishonest people who go out of their away to deceive and lie to customers. I want my credit card refunded for $680.00 and I want and apology from the store manager, the guy who was working on my van and the man who call me a liar. I also want the salesman Cameron to lose his job. He is the reason all of this happen. If he had been honest when he sold me the product and told me it would take over 6 hours I would have never purchase the product.
