Harassing Phone Calls
Even though I have set up a payment arrangement with Oxford Management and told them that the phone calls need to stop as they are harassing phone calls and I told them they need to stop as I could get take them to court for harassment. They even told me that the phone calls will continue until they get their payment and then hung up because they didn't want to hear me repeat to them again of the law.
Something really needs to be done about this company. I am about to turn them into the Better Business Bureau. To get my point across to them.

Repeated Automated Calling
Repeated automated calling from this company. They are also calling cellphone. It appears from the other complaints that there is no way to make this stop.
I thought a collection agency was suppose to honor the request to stop calling.
Since there are a number of complaints concerning this company, I am wondering if a class action lawsuit would be appropriate?

phone calls
oxford management calls they call us and when we answer they hang up the phone. we are on the do not call list and if this continues we will call fcc

Harassing phone calls
They call me several times a day. When I pick up, no one is there. I tried calling the number back, but it's a dead number. I would love for them to stop harassing me. It's getting really annoying.

Obsesive Calling
I recieve at 3 phone calls from this phone number daily, even on Sundays. Most of the time when I answer its a record stating "this is an important business matter..." other times all I get is "beep beep beep" and then a hang-up. When I am actually able to get a person on the line they have asked my for a Sharon or a Jeremy, I am neither of those people nor do I know anyone by the name. I have told them several times that they have the incorrect phone number and have been told several times that my number has been removed from the system and I won't recieve a call from them again only to get 3 more calls from them the next day. ARG!!! I've called me cell provider and I have been informed that you cannot block a number from calling your phone, and I refuse to change my number. Anybody know how to get a hold of this company to fix this? It's becoming a form of harassment and it needs to stop, at times they call me after 10pm during the week. I'm fed up!

Calling constantly
Oxford Management calls at least twice a day about a medical bill that they say my husband owes from over 7 years ago. They say they represent Lab Corp of America.
I've asked them to quit calling, but they continue to call, beginning usually at 8:03 a.m. and not stopping until 9:00 p.m.
Their reps are from India and tell me that their phones are pre-programmed into our time zone and that they cannot remove our number.
How do I get these people to leave us alone?

repeated calls-recorded only
This number has called our unlisted number three times in the last few days. First time was answered to hear a recorded call regarding a business...yada...yada...then it went dead. Next two calls were not picked up, and no message was left.
When googled, it appears to be a collection company which is VERY odd as we do not have any accounts past due, nor have we ever.
I see the others are posting the same information. How did this company get our number, or is it a generated computer loop call?

Annoying phone calls
Oxford Management constantly calls my phone number and when I answer there is no answer from them. When I call back their number 732-941-0140 there is no answer. I am on the National do not call registry and I would appreciate something getting done to stop this company from their unsolicited phone calls.

Constant Calling and Hanging up!!
This Company has been calling several times a day. Every time I try to answer, The line is dead. Extremely Frustating. When trying to call back at the listed number 1(732)941-0140, it goes absolutely nowhere.
