I have a bad experience with paying my bill and here is why: In April of 2009, I made my Mothly Payment as scheduled. In May of 2009, I paid my bill "on line" got aconfirmation number. I did NOT get a bill in the Month of June 2009 but on July 2nd I recieved a "DOUBLE BILL" in an amount of over $330.00 which I did not appreciate and I notced that they Billed me as of July 2nd ? I have recently got Laid off my hob of over 35 years and my Budget is very tight. I do not appreciate that I didn't get my MAY statement. I also recieved a phone call on July 10th, 2009 telling me that my Bill payment was "Late"? How can it be late if I never got one? Also the amoint they stated on the phone message was $ 138.77 and that was not what the Current bill reflected so What is going on? Does anyone at this company know what they are doing?
