My daughter had joined on a Saturday to lose 12 pounds (which was not needed). We called later that day but they were not there. They are closed on Sunday's. We went back on Monday to cancel at Springfield, PA center. They said she would probably not get $149.00 back because that was for medical history which includes taking blood pressure and weighing. I volunteer as an EMT and it takes about a minute to do both things. We got a check for $63 because she gave $212. We cancelled within 72 hours and I told them that you can cancel a contract in that time span. They did not think you could in PA. Are they any lawyers that know differently?
