I'm a participating stylist with the company and have had nothing but problems. Not only are students getting scammed but the hair stylist are as well. They don't explain how the card works, that the stylist may or may not be able to get them, and that they stylist is not paid, they rely on tips from the "free services". They go to the campus' when they know students are most likely to purchase this so called deal ie: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and so forth. As a stylist these are our busiest times of the year, I know I'm not going to fit in a "free service" for someone when I've got paying customers trying to fill in the gaps. Someone is making a lot of money off of this scam and it sure isn't they stylist. We don't see any money. Please tell your fellow friends and family not to sign up for this. Check out the BBB, it received an F rating!
