The staff is under the impression that they are under a requirement to interfere in other tenants affairs and substitute their judgment for that of professionals. Under the belief of being do-gooders they think they actually have the experience to actually judge and evaluate how one of their tenants conducts their practice. Restraint where you're not an expert is something to be favored. How would a leasing agent qualified to evaluate the practice of a professional? Yet the staff at PBC without any self control butt in. I'd like for PBC to learn their lesson by getting involved with the problem of a tenant then find themselves unwittingly as party litigants to a lawsuit.
