The salesperson & the customer service person for company does not even know there products they are selling. We ordered columns and capitals and the salesperson did not know to subtract the height of the capital from the height of the column shaft to give the overall height we needed. When we attempted to get the issue resolved with them they were again trying to rip me off wanting to charge me twice as much for new columns. And here is the kicker the new quote was still wrong with the overall height. I am considering hiring a lawyer! Anyone getting ready to purchase columns BEWARE!!!
