I made 2 appts. back to back for my daughters. Concerned that daughter 1 had ortho and would need more time, I phoned them earlier in the day to insure that the ortho daughter would go first. Well ortho Daughter #1 was late and missed the appointment. When daughter #2 showed up 15 minutes early for the second scheduled appointment she was very rudely told that they would not see her. Terrible awful service and when I called them to find out why she was refused the receptionist was extremely rude and insisted that daughter #2 was scheduled first. I had called that morning to insure the ortho daughter went first!! I will never go back there and I will insure everyone I know how terrible this experience was.
