Scammed in paradise.
got caught up in the sales pitch... Too good to be true... Red flag should have went up when u can't get a login/password for 7-10 days... Long after the 3 day cancellation!
went to office to cancel the contract the very next morning... We were blown off by the staff, they wouldn't speak to us... Initialize the cancellation form and threw it back at us... They can't credit our credit card on the spot... Despite contacting the credit card company who said they can cancel the transaction immediately, just as fast as it was purchased. their contract says 10 days for refund ... For what reason !!!
manager Jeff D'Amota says he will work on correcting this within 48 hrs...believe it when I see it ... I have contacted BBB, and Maui consumer affairs, this company is well known to them. Also pays to have a corporate lawyer in the family!!! Jeff better honor his promise!
