Stay away from Pacific Ink! On August 13, 2008 I placed a simple six piece printer cartridge order for my Cannon Ink Jet printer. Today, September 12, 2008 -- one month later -- I still do not have the correct cartridges. They have my money. They have sent me the incorrect cartridges. They have been promising for weeks to send me the correct cartridges. They've sent me emails saying they've sent me the correct cartridges -- but it's all lies. They have not sent what I've ordered. They've kept my money. They've also said they'll send me a return mail label so that I can return their incorrect cartridges (without me having to pay the postage because, of course, it was their error in sending me the wrong cartridges). They have never sent me the return mailing label. They have kept my money. I've called them numerous times and speak with a manager -- who "promises" that the correct cartridges "have gone out" and they'll be there any day. But this is all lies as the cartridges still don't arrive. They've said they sent them via "priority mail" (which typically takes 2-days), yet 1-month later they've not arrived. I asked them to resend and they said they did - but they have not as nothing has arrived. Yet, they keep my money AND they give me no choice but to pay myself to send them the incorrect items back to them. They are a scam. They are dishonest. Do yourself a favor -- stay away.
