dear sir . we took a package tour with ett co. in march(9 to 16.2008) . I received recently a bill from my visa card with late charge of $ 97.87 for no reason . I contacted ett several times and spoke to several agents(michael, alex, c.j.barbara) . I sent 4 faxes of my statements with no response .I want to know why the late charge and unhealthy response .please clarify my complaint.
